Indrawati, Seems like when u applied for his DV u applied him as a single though he was married. R u sure u submitted ur sister inlaws pic too when applying for DV ? Many people do this because they are too lazy to find dependents pic and bio.
Still u could have arranged marriage no 2 ( with all photos as proof ) on later date and told them he got married later. Now the cat is out, there is nothing u can do abt it.
If u are DAMN sure u filled her name and pic too in the initial DV form, u can hire a lawyer and he can make them produce the original (electronic too) copy of the form. If u r beating abt the bush, sorry it wont work.
