I got my AP through TPS while I was in removal proceedings. I have sent the motion to the court to administratively close my proceedings. DHS didn't oppose my motion based on grant of TPS and no criminal history. I am planning to travel on AP. My lawyer said, i will get a 10 year ban. I read about the Matter of Arabally, that i will not trigger 10 year ban upon leaving and returning on AP. How true is that?
