If anyone knows that the money is coming from NRN, any piece of land acquisition or building anything would be at least 10 folds. Imagine, if you can build medium size hydropower for $40 Million, it would cost you at least $100M. That the situation in Nepal. Bahira bata paisa aako matra k bhannu parcha, everyone wants piece of it.
Plus Nepal already has enough hydropower plant.

Read it. This is reservior based hydropower. Yo banne saat, Nepal ko more than half power issue will be solved.
Tara k garne, na ta local yo huna dinchan, na ta Neta. Sabai lai paisa khanu pare ko cha.
There is no thinking of development in the mindset of people. Plus government lai pani k dos dinu, sabai jana balla balla satta pako huncha. Ani tesko faida kina na line ta. They have been struggling almost 20-30 years to get to that position.
Its all mindset. If all the Nepali have developement mindset, Nepal can solve this issue within couple of years.
Also recently euta Norway company pani Nepal ma investment garna lage ko thiyo re. They are not investing anymore.
Government does not put initiative on development.
