Supply and Demand.

We have many hospitals in Nepal now, but we also have many doctors. We teach our own Doctors and there are kids going out to Bangladesh, India, China like you said. They need job like anybody else.

I didn't know Doc's salary was so low. I guess the only way to make more money is to start a private practice. Some are affiliated with multiple hospitals and get salary from more than one hospital.
