We need more people like you and your dad.
You have removed the veil of ethnicism that many on the both sides see through.

We need non-madhesis and madhesis to group together and ask for Madhesi rights that are reasonable, that see somewhere in between. No more separatism, no more ethnic states - no more under representation, no more oppression.

Question, have you reached out to Madhesi groups and tried to bring them to consensus for fair demands, demands that won't break our country? Curious to know what your conversation with them have been like.
