When you have too much energy, you need to go to zym. When you feel like you have nothing in control of yourself, feel like you have no energy or life force, then you need to do meditation, I repeat, you need meditation and not medication. I have been going through break up myself and sometimes situation could become worse and that is when you need to resort to meditation.
