You need to talk with people. The reason many people get depression is there is no one to talk.
You need to hangout more with people. Be as much social as possible. I have heard this from others too. I too faced it for a while. It was very short and I was quitting smoking those days.
Go visit places. If you have relative go to their place. Go to bar. Get drunk. Talk about yourself and all that you feel to someone.
Man I was so happy at the moment when I heard my friend was 150 miles away from me. I learned on Wednesday that he was there. I was happy that I could go see him on Friday. I drove on Friday evening. We went out. Eat heavy buffet. And then later got drunk. Went to places. Man that helps.
