They don't have charismatic leader. Their delivery of speech isn't that great. Campaigning on auto rickshaw wasn't a great idea and the mascot "dog" was dumb. May be they are doing great job with social and volunteer work but if they want to come into mainstream politics they have to do better job of recruitment and networking. I hate to say this but what Baburam Bhattarai is doing right now is a smart move . Bibeksheel should have aggressively done that long time ago to prepare themselves for upcoming election. It's not too late now but it's getting late if they want to revamp their campaigning and start making party policy and agenda and connecting with youths
