I think it would be a good idea to have a group in Nepal for those who have returned after staying overseas for many years, for example, like ex-NRN.
This will help, even in little ways, in adjusting back to life in Nepal. It will also be a good networking, and might help in finding job with the experience of overseas. We have some exposure to management in companies in the west, so Nepal could use that expertise. If not at least the group will be good to tackle some common challenges for those returning back to Nepal for good.
