Off course there is clear blockage, isn't it clear like daylight. There is not any protest except Birjung naka, No protest is kakatbhitta, Nepalgung et al. and still Indian keep stopping fuel trucks (and let come others - vegetable and else)
India has never good motive towards Nepal.
One of dotis Lawmakers already started claiming 15 districts of Nepal and should be returned otherwise annexed using force!
