Do you know what Govt's responsibility is? If they can't solve the problem, they should step down. They just can't stand with argument keeping peoples life in measurable condition, as you are seeing everyday.
Can you recall how many times these so called self-proclaimed netas have visited Madesh? Has Prime Minister recently visited Terai? It is so frustrating.
