Thank you ramas and Bigrekoketto. I have a green and have a decent job here . I agree with the cultural difference and the infrastructure of Nepal. I think i can overcome all that since we all have seen it and been through that and that is our home. I went to Nepal about 3 times and i was able to adjust, i wasn't expecting too much anyway but i didn't stay long enough to see or face any situation that will help me decide. The real question is, what are the pros and cones for doing day to day activity or maintaining a life something like we do in the daily bases as:

Job Search
Banking
Building House
Maintaining House
Raising kids
Health

Decent paying job (40000) or something similar is must. How hard it will be in managing the daily life certainly not right now with the current conditions but in the near future if things starts smoothing out??? Appreciate your thoughts!!
