I've also been using them for few years now and never had issues. I actually think their customer service is quite good...they're very responsive and address your issues in timely manner. I have two phones registered with them, each set-up to auto-recharge for $20 and I get 250-260 minutes per recharge which is about 7.8c/min.

@Royal: if you've been in an old plan this whole time that charges more but assumed that you were paying less, how's that their fault? When I started using their service, the 13c/min plan was the best deal they had at that time, but I switched to the newer plan when it became available. All I had to do was send them a 2 line email.
