@metta,

thanks for response. Finally found someone who knows some innards of madhesh and our political problems. I am in short of time so I will write short and sweet..

1. In the wild or nature, diversity indicates healthy ecosystem. This applies in human world too but in Nepal's case we have a chunk of population that hates original inhabitants. This chunk is not loyal to Nepal. They are more inclined to their country of origin.

Nepal will never accept hindi as one of their language...what is the solution then?

2. I don't need existing population census. I want the list of castes besides tharu who claims they are madhesis.

3. I found Gacchadar to be more concerned about madesh problem...

Solution for overall madhesh problem..

Follow Bhutan's footsteps to curb ever growing bihari population...

1. Initiate high-level talks with Indian counterparts on border issues. Delineate Nepal-India border using available technologies including Lipulekh and Kalapani. We still have the documents that dates back to Sughauli treaty. Use these to drag India to International court if they refuse to give back our lands.

2. After border delineation, impose work-visa system for both sides.

3. Nepal might have to use army just like Bhutan did.

4. Conduct Nepalese census living in India and bihari census living in Nepal. We can use this data for future actions if no. 3 is implemented.
