Finally my TPS Got approved.From this i came to know that if you file tps properly by yourself it will get approved later or soon that's what i did.I am on h1b and now tps too.Now I am planning to maintain my legal status too.If you have any questions please let me know.Happy to help you all.
Below is my TPS status from the begining.
Document send-jul 28
Doc Recieved by USCIS-29 jul
Got the notification for both case: Aug 7
Recieved mailed notification-13 August
Got the biometric letter:17 August
Biometric appointment date :31 August
Biometric done:31 August
Sept 8 : new card is being produced
Sept 8: fingerprint fee was Recieved (same status from before)
Sept 12: got the ead card
Doc Recieved by USCIS-29 jul
