@pshres1, yes apply for TPS. You can do it yourself, and ask for help here at sajha if you have confusion abt some form questions. Otherwise spend $700 lawyer fee. So spend 700 and apply through the same lawyer. If you do it yourself, make sure you inform your lawyer, he will know it sooner or later by himself. So it's better to inform him in advance. He might advice you against it ( tapaiko asylum case baat uslai paisa auncha ni), but tell him you are applying for TPS no matter what. It's either through him or any other way.
