Let's start with your background, what is your major, and level of graduation Bachelor or Master?
If your documentation skills, presentation skills and communication skills are good then you can do BA, if you are not interested in these activities then QA is good for you.
There are many domains, and technical things to study, if you are not from technical background.
I am not sure about PA, but NJ, NY, VA, there are lots of consultancy who provides training.
