The way i see it, Bethechange's question is complete and is asking from the ground zero. You have to understand the question sometimes.
My ans: 1.5 years min, tens of years maximum.
It's like if someone asks "What's the population of Nepal?", you would question him back,"Your question is very incomplete. Are you asking the people currently living in Nepal or those too who have gone out of country to work or study? Please provide ur detail question properly to get the better answer."
