Yes, education is the key. The public is uneducated, that's why they elect such leaders. Unfortunately, educated have been one of the most corrupted in the current prime ministerial cabinet.
1) Ram Sharan Mahat, PhD
- abused power to transfer most of earthquake relief funds to his relief;
- caught stealing zinc roof materials donated by Bank for earthquake victims (through his assistant)
- he is accused of denying funds to clear the roads to Tatopani. After five months, border with China has not opened.
2) Narayan Khadka , PhD
- corruption scandal (crores of rupees) on buying tents at very high price at the time earthquake
3) Minendra Rijal, PhD
- says India has not placed any bans.
- hasn't spoken a single word when Madheshi Morcha banned nepali channels in Terai region.
- gave 24 hours ultimatum to resume hindi channels in Kathmandu
- abused his power to appoint three of his relatives at NTC (see past sajha threads)
