The fallacy of casteist revolution

Thesedays I have seen many comparisions of how many % of govt job holders are khas and what percent is others. The % of khas majority in business etc, and how low % of janjaati's hold positions in govt and other business.

The biggest issue with this kind of politics is that what if the revolution is successful in overturning the khas dominance and turning over the dominance to the janjaatis?

Is it going to be the khas peoples turn to go to revolution now that the janjaati's hold the most jobs?

This is very petty mentality and it's a revolution designed to fail. The fittest and smart and the cunning survive in nature. It's the survival of the fittest. The unfit and the dumb gets pushed over.

So if you really want to succeed in life, become fit and smart and get good jobs. There are many examples of janjaatis doing really well after they have put in their hard work.
