My OPT and work permit expires on Feb 2016 but I am planning to file TPS. Can I file TPS without requesting for work permit ? Can I file for work permit next year after i get my TPS? There may be a thread on this subject before but I couldn't find any. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
