My suggestion here ..
1. Apply TPS and AP
2. Go to Nepal, get married
3. Send your wife for H4 stamping
4. Once she gets it, you can go for H1B stamping //This is optional
5. Try to enter US again as H1B holder (otherwise you have AP as backup)
