If you are really looking for a genuine suggestion then here it is.
1. It is a fool act to apply TPS when you have H1.
2. As per your situation, it will be absolutely foolish act to apply TPS when you already have H1 in the context that you are going to Nepal and planning to bring your wife.
3. Your life will be really complicated with TPS when you already have H1 and you are planning to bring your wife.
4. You can always apply for H 4 for your wife and bring her to the USA. Chances of getting H4 is literally high since it is a dependent visa.
5. Lastly, think about Green card now instead of TPS or any such temporary relief.
