I believe that only applies when your initial application was denied and you were granted TPS by an Immigration Judge or BIA.
"These email addresses are only for individuals granted TPS by an IJ or the BIA who are requesting their first EADs, travel authorization, or re-registration. The email address is not for individual case status inquires."

That step only applies to people when your initial application gets denied and you are granted TPS by Immigration Judge or Board of Immigration Appeal. If your case has been pretty straightforward you don't have to worry about it.

Hello to all and my dear mimroramero!How are you mimro?
As per you(MiMRO) I talked to international stu office for I-20 to be in safe side(you already know im in h1b and going to quit in a month.What will happen after tps expire?
Shall i ask for i-20 for 2016 jan or how shall i talk to college?
i checked case of honduras and nicargua(i think),where only 8,000 and 55,000 people died because of earthquane and in Nepal more than 12,000 have been died so i think chances of getting tps extension is higher.
Mimro what if tps dont get extended?
will i considered out of status and if i go Nepal for how many years they will not let me come back
remember my status is h1b now and getting i-20
im applying tps or sending my documents on friday

@highway_to_hell let us know wat ur mail says once u get the mail..wat does your ead status says...my ead says new card being processed this morning and tps was pending but now, It says request for additional information was mail..it all happened today ead this morning and tps this evening

I guess once you are granted TPS, the final receipt saying that you are now in TPS.

As it says"The date the IJ or BIA finally granted you TPS ). I did not send email after I got my I797 receipt.

Let's see what others say. Anyone sent email to IJ or BIA?

sammysing, was your TPS granted by an Immigration Judge? Those steps are only for someone whose TPS was granted by immigration judge.

Got by EAD by Mail on 9th SEP.
i need to apply for my Driver License but apparently DMV in VA does not accept EAD as proof of legal presence. So i need to wait for my TPS apporval Notice. My TPS was approved on SEP 1st but haven't it received yet. Does anyone still waiting for your TPS approval letter?

@highway_2_hell let us know wat it says on ur letter when u get it I guess u will get it earlier then me...I might get it early as well since I m right next to Nebraska but I m out of town so will not be able to check my mail. I m wondering if there's anything coz of working with social security without ead which I hav done it do u happen to have same case just wondering coz I know I send all the stuff they asked for and I double checked the form and I have filled every part.

@ suvaratri I don't think if ead is approved the tps has been already approved coz on 9th morning my ead status changed to new card being produced from pending which means my ead got approved but later at that evening my tps status changed to request for additional evidence, I just don't know how this things works
