NAS it's not healthy to take just one meal. You might think that not eating will dissolve your fat but it's going to do the contrary. Once your stomach feels weak it starts producing some acid and chemicals and produce fat. So eat more meals but few at a time. back in Nepal I barely drank water may be like 20 oz a day but here I drink like 10-15 20 oz water bottles a day. Water is healthy to keep your digestive system good and burning fat. These are the products that I take-
