May be in wrong thread but please help me to clarify -
Hello! Everyone, Please please do read the recent Q&A between USCIS AND NAFSA about TPS AND F-1 Status and it's possible affect on status. http://www.immigration-law.com/XXIV.html Mentioned that -"USCIS Allows Keeping and Working on Both F-1 and TPS" but when i read faqs I get a different picture that looks like F-1 status could be violated if we work with TPS EAD. Please drop your understanding and help me and all F1 student to understand this recent Q&A. USCIS is also soon going to release new federal register like for Syrian F1 student to work off campus without violating status called Special Student Relief.
