I spoke with Attn Dilli Raj Bhatta regarding this TPS and EAD and mentioned about the EAD processing status seems not in order of the biometric date. He said that it depends on the officer, but I do not think so. I guess they go through each case separately and if there is nothing complicated about prior case pending, they issue EAD otherwise most of the EAD status is pending. However, one has to wait until 90 days time frame before coming to a conclusion.
