The damn thing that pisses me off, is why can't they know who died. Just try to record proper name, address and seat number of the pasenger while giving the ticket, and avoid picking up on the way. Even if they have to have proper acount of who is the pasenger, if necessary ask for proper document like some card. Yeah Yeah you all will say Nepalese do not carry identity cards with them, but with voters id, copy of citizenship certificate, official id, driver's licence anything like that, things will work fine. This will also reduce if not eliminate the risk of bombing and hizaking of buses. Look at what the ticket dalal gives you, unredeable scramble in a piece of paper with no proper name, no other acount, conflicting seat numbers provided to more than one passenger. Things like these can be addressed first, by educating the mass through articles in newspapers, advocating the consumer right group, and meeting with transport enterprenuers and ticket agents. Till then hope the number of deaths this festive season do not exceed half a thousand.
