I am against writing it a Hindu nation but ethnic federalism may work like here in the USA see most black ppl live in the south while most white in the north but its not like southerners can't go to to the North and work I think ethnicity should be able to help develop that region and most ethnic people living in that area and if each region is developed then may be people Lamont migrate to the capital like not everyone likes to live in DC here some people enjoy livin in Arizona so it may work but again if uneducated people run the office it's the same thing agai and it will be inevitable and I think there should be rights to Religion like in the UsA you can't just declare a Hindus nation and that can cause a civil war in Nepal
