He might have some issues but thats ok, its his openion and may be he had few bad experiences...as i told you, just look for some good crew, sorry you had to deal with bad, unhigenic and gossipers...look for better, awesome and super nice nepali people and trust me there are a tons of them and life will be less fraustrating and fun
