Harey CoolKeta, You are INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY. COPS can NOT decide whether you are guilty or not. They just give u the ticket and go to get some coffee and donuts. That's why you need to go to the court coz there is a judge who will decide if you are guilty or innocent. Right? If you pay the fine without going to the court, that means you agree that you made a mistake, that you are guilty, and you are ready to pay the fine and you save the precious time of the court. But if you go to the court, you have pretty good chance that Judge will just warn you and tell you to drive slowly next time and let you go. No points, just some fine that you might have to pay (or may be not). You go home happy and Judge can focus on some really nasty cases. Katti tension lii raa.. eheh... if that yellow sheet says you gotta go to the court, then go to the court. If you can't make it to the court that day, call the court and arrange for another date. If you are confused, go to police station, talk to the cop. Sure they will help you out. That's their job beside giving the ticket... ehe... Don't go to the court if you are illegal tho... :P
