You know, in Saudi Arabia, if you are not a citizen of Saudi Arabia and you are there and you are hit by a car driven by Saudi person, it will become your fault. According to them, if you had not gone to Saudi, you'd not get hit by a car... hehe... You get ticket and you learn to drive slow.
