Just curious : citizens make baby one after another and we conclude that poor people has nothing for pleasure and sex is the only option, we like to blame government on this matter , where is our own responsibility? We can argue , no money to buy contraceptive , no free distribution. How about ejaculation outside vegina , again we can argue sex is for pleasure and that will not give pleasure and satisfaction .
