गुन्डा नाइके कुमार श्रेष्ठ 'घैंटे' मारिएको राजधानीको सामाखुसीस्थित घटनास्थलबाट प्रहरीले एकथान पेस्तोल बरामद गरेको छ। घैंटेको समूह र प्रहरीबीच गोली हानाहान भएको प्रहरी भनाइ छ। भिडन्तमा मारिएका घैंटेले प्रयोग गरेको स्कुटर भुँइमा लडेको थियो। स्कुटरमै चावी थियो। भुँइ रक्ताम्य थियो। प्रत्यक्षादर्शीका अनुसार गोली लागेका घैंटे भुँइमा उत्तानो परेका थिए। उनको खुट्टा र छातिमा गोली लागेको थियो। उनीसँगै छेवैमा अन्य दुइजना खुट्टामा गोली लागेर घाइते अवस्थामा लडेका थिए।
गोली लागेका घैंटेलाइ महराजगन्जस्थित शिक्षण अस्पतालमा पुर्याउदा उनको निधन भैसकेको चिकित्सकले बताएका थिए।

I strongly condemn the killing of Kumar Ghainte in today's dramatic encounter. What message the home ministry want to deliver to the people through this unnecessary killing in the day light in a residential area? Does this encounter indicate at souring relationship between Cong n Uml at a very difficult stage of constitution making? Has the encounter been staged in a residential area to terrorize the common people? Is it committed by a frustrated police force n state? I Just listened to the agitated , shrilling, loud n abusive voices of the police personnel recorded during the encounter at the spot. Will the voices or sound will not keep haunting me or all others who have heard this forever? I am feeling ashamed today to be in a brutal society n i am feeling freezed too. I love the country Nepal but I must say , I must hate the present state. Perhaps ,there is a very thin line that divides criminals, terrorists and politicians n it is becoming obvious in today's Nepal.
It is so difficult now to know now who breaks the law n who enforces it.
Madhesh movement must march ahead with full e law and who enforces it . May God save us n save our souls !!!force . That only can save us all n rescue humanity in Nepal. Now destiny of Nepal lies in the hands Madhesh. May God save us n our souls!
