"have been granted tps" >> What you mean, did you already got your TPS granted letter from USCIS?
If your SEVIS is terminated after you got TPS, then you can apply for I-20 from the college, and go back to school, BUT, BUT, it depends on the school. It will be 50/50 chances that you will get your F1 back. To get your F1 back you have to get new I-20 from the university, and provide strong evidence (TPS), why you were out of status.
