Stuff i posted are on the basis of what immigration Attorney Stewart Rabinowitz said.
- F1 students can apply for TPS but yet has to maintain 12 credit hours for under grad and 6 hours for grad students.
according to the attorney
F1 students can apply for TPS and EAD but can not use the EAD since it will be violation of F1 Status. (some other countries were given facility in tps where F1 students could work but Nepal has not been granted facility to work for F1 using TPS EAD card).

I have no idea where it says but this is according to the attorney
-Those people who are about to graduate or are in opt can apply for TPS only .( dont apply opt ead and tps ead)

I mean the best thing to do is just apply OPT EAD not both (opt EAD and TPS EAD)
