Sounds like you suffer from the same mentality. Complaining about "Nepalis" is the number one typical habit of a Nepali.

Maybe you are in the wrong circle. If you want to go out and mingle, why are you constraining to Nepali crowd only? Go out have friends outside of your comfort zone, you will find out that you start complaining less.
