Just wow...

One Indian professor who used to be roommate with a Nepali in his college days in the US once commented, " Nepali not only disdain their fellow Nepalis but take pride in doing so". Never had heard such thoughtfully observed comments on how Nepalis think of each other.
And it is not just between so-called pakheys and sahariya. It is well abundant between every possible differences a Nepali can find to set himself/herself apart from other Nepalis.
How many times have you got sense of pride among fellow Nepalis (esp ones living abroad) while admitting the fact that they or their children are so un-Nepali?
How many times have you heard a Nepali saying boastfully how he hates Nepali party and how it sucks and how he/she tries not to hangout with other Nepalis?
Sometimes I think that we as Nepali are so shameful of ourselves and our identity that we try to dump the reason of that shamefulness on other fellow Nepali who we see as inferior, un-educated, unhygienic and such.

In response to divorceguy, (to stress non-bias: Im a Kathmandu-born and my family are 4-generation kathmanduites):
i hate people outside valley as they only care about money and faida befiada. : who dont care about money and faida-befaida? you? Good luck defending that. Hate is a strong word buddy.
Even those who come to US and are not from Kathamndu, they show very cheap aatitudes in US, like low living standard, poor hygiene, only cares about money:   Cheap attitude like what? trying to save money? you know what's cheap attitude? going TMZ on fellow Nepalis and judging how their living standard is poor than yours. If you are from Kathmandu then you lose the credibility to judge people on proper hygiene. just look at our city man. One's life-span gets shortened by a third if you roam our streets without a mask, mostly because of poor hygience of all kathmanduites.
piece of shits: How did you know? did you smell them? or even tried to eat them? I wont be surprised that mouth that is spinning out those words for own-fellow people have engulfed some shits.

Next time remember, if some foreign guy (indian, chinese, american, british or whatever) bashes you on being disgusting Nepali then there might be chances he might have heard you or read your comment somewhere and his bashing may be entirely based on your shit-spitting mouth.

love thy neighbor  own kind.
