haha, i dont know if this is a true story but i heard it from someone.. khoi kun mantri ko secretary was here at america re, and these american Thought he was "THE SECRETARY', coz in america, minister like post is held by the secretary, soo, he got all 5 star treatment and stuff.. and thats ONLY IN AMERICA..
