Dude, you need to refocus what is ur priority in your life. Maintain a schedule which will include your work, exercise time, time for yourself to relax and whatever things you are involved with. U need to take things in positive way. There is a good documentary about "law of attraction" in youtube. Highly recommended for you. You need friends all the time especially in foreign countries. So hangout more and always stay positive my friend. It might take some time for you to realize but keep on working towards your goal. Everybody does!!! Good luck!!
