Hey girls, seems like I am missing out on a very dazzling stuff here. Finally a women central cool! Thanks to whoever started it! I am a sucker for extra low rise pants, micro mini..... hehehe ;-P. Adore makeups and shopping. Never enough clothes. Love to dance (club hopping) and party. I got some crazy pals who loveees to get down and get dirrrty! It's all fun! Planning to get a belly piercing too...can't wait! Hey simran, I also have a thick long highlighted hair.... I had the same problem as yours when I came to US. But I changed my routine completely. There are 3 types of hair oily, normal and dry. It seems like u have dry hair and colored...try to shampoo (choose a shampoo for highlighted hair) only twice a week(there's no conditioner like hair own sebum oil). Comb your hair on the 2nd and 3rd days (when u don't wash your hair) 2-3 times a day to distribute the oil on to the end of the hair(where oil doesn't reach). Deep condition it once a week for few hours or overnight. Oil it too! If your hair is dull try once a month clarifying shampoo to get rid of buildups from products. Diet is very important...iron, fiber, omega-3 are essential. Red meat, beans, fish(especially salmon), eggs, salads, water etc will help u. It's also good for skin and overall health. Your hair actually reflects your diet....so give it a priority! Hope this helps!....
