It may not be worthy in your eyes but Modi chose and used it. He knew it and used it on right time and right event that matters & counts.
Beauty hold in the eye of beholder and there is another proverb " बन्दर क्या जाने अद्रखका भाव "
In your eye my child may be ugliest but for me s/he is the most precious & handsome and beautiful baby in the universe. Photography is his passion and it was his creation and he knows its value. You do not know about it does not mean it is Rs 0.01? Are you folks on weed or what?
You can create similar, but you are not the first came with that imagination. Again Modi should had asked to create similar with Tri-ranga (त्रिरङा ) in the background but did not.
