Mero naam ho , thanks for replying bro.. I was sad that no one replied. i was adding this on my list as one of the many ventures i have done to land a IT job in last few years and all unsuccessful. So god bless you. I did apply few junior positions as i don't have any work authorization issues, but to no avail. Good thing is i did get some good interviews from some good companies but at the end of the day they made me wait and finally hired others. the only good thing that came out of the whole job hunting process last year is i did get lots of good interviews from some good companies and even the state where i live. I guess they like the undergrad i did from a good state university and mba... but i don't remember anything i learned in the college years ago and it was only few class in IT anyway. So i don' t know what to do. I do work with lots of applications and although i am not directly involved with programming etc , i still work closely with IT. I tried to learn some database last year on my own and it was an easy breeze for me , even oracle. I took some classes from udemy and i'm took some classes in local colleges too, but still i just don' t see how to land a job because even junior or associate level job wants 2-3 years of experience. do you know any good IT company who would train online? do you think i should just train as QA or BA and enter and try to get into database? do you think there will be enough database jobs in the future because of bigdata ? if i spend time and energy learning relational database as oracle would it be worth it since big data in in the market and is growing?
please help..
