Hi Sajha keto,
APR depends on your credit history too. I had the same issue with dealer, they were giving me the rate of 4.2%. You could directly say I will take this car right now if you give me the good APR else I have to go to other dealer. If you say that, they will find a way out. I did the same and they gave me the 1.99% APR from Capital One after saying that. I did try with DCU first but their rate were high than Capital One.
