No matter what your situation is F1/H1/H4.... or whatever non immigrant status..... TPS does not have any disadvantages at all. If you decided not to apply for it....and made this f***ed up decision anyway..... please do not come back crying after 6 months for not applying for it......... Don't listen to any mofos.......Apply ASAP....... Trust me most of the Nepalese are jealous and do not want you to have work permit... they do not want to be u have a status....they do not want you to have a good job....do not want you to have a good car......they like you to be down at the bottom....They want you guys to stay in restaurant and gas-stations...... so folks please apply and take the full advantage of it......don't listen to jealous mofos.
