The application needs to be filled out completely, and an applicant needs to provide all requested information. The applicant must swear under oath that the application is "true and correct."

If you aren't familiar with filling out USCIS paperwork, you may wish to speak with an immigration attorney. An immigration attorney will be familiar with TPS, can tell you how long the process takes, how much it costs, and can explain the more complicated parts of TPS (like advance parole).
