Why do you need 2 EAD? You already have enough to support yourself or your family,
What you can do is apply for EAD before your current OPT EAD expires but you should register for TPS aniway if you wish to be in TPS. Thats what i think but do not know all those legals and other criteria . Not a lawyer :)
