what would be your service fees for hanlding a case for some one regarding applying for TPS who have this kind of situation. Instead of calling you, asking this it on forum so that other people who are in similar situation can benefit it from it.

1) No employment document (paystub w2 etc)
2) No school record .(out of status)
3)Staying with friends so no rent or utilities bill, cell phone is under family plan and thus bill would have primary account holder name.
4) no car either, that person uses public transportation and sometimes walk. no health insurance either (can't afford one).

The only statement the person has is bank statements.
