maggie aata noodles ma wheat huchha not wheat flour yani ki maida which most of noodles are created with that sticks in ur guts. Think u guys know the difference between them. Whole wheat pasta spaghetti is another option but I am never a fan of pasta. That's the only reason I prefer atta noodles.
