This is what i dont understand about all this TPS talk.. someone with more knowledge please explain
1. If you came to US illegally or overstayed your visa TPS will still not gurantee your re-entry to U.S. you can get a sponsered travel document but if they can still deny you entry and you dont want to take the risk why would you need TPS. Just stay here illegally and keep working.
2. If you really want to go and dont care about returning back than why worry about TPS.
3. If you are in a legal status and have valid visa you can easily travel without TPS. There is always a risk involved when coming back you say.. but even with TPS that risk is still there as they can still deny you entrance back.
TPS will provide a temp work authorization but will not make you eligible to apply for a permanent residency. How would you getting a temp work auth help nepal earthquake victims in any way..
For people who are about to call me Names and abuse me.. please understand i m just asking questions as i dont know enough abt this TPS. If you dont have answers to my questions or answer them in a civilized manner, keep your fingers off the keyboard.
